October

We made clay heads in art. Didn't we do a great job.

We had fun making levers in science. Here is a picture of some of our levers.

We are busy preparing for Hallelujah.

We read 'The Butterfly Lion' by Michael Morpurgo and wrote a report on white lions.

In groups we are doing a project on different African countries. We are looking at the following countries
South Africa, Egypt, Nigeria, Madagascar, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Chad, Angola and Camaroon.
We will put up pictures of our projects soon.

We went on our school walk to Corkagh Park and we walked with the senior infants in rooms 4, 5 and 6 and we played in the playground too. It was a great day. Here are some pictures from the day.
